The SNSI Deep Freediver course is the first step towards a sporting vision of freediving. With this course you will be able to teach relaxation and muscle stretching techniques, which will allow your students to achieve the maximum concentration and inner tranquility necessary to better deal with deep dives.

In addition, to improve the performance of your students you will use specific exercises to perfect their breathing technique and you will teach them advanced compensation techniques.

The objectives of the course are:
Descent in constant weight (CWT): 30 m. / 33 yards.
Dynamic Apnea with fins (DYN): 75 m. / 82 yards.
Dynamic apnea without tools (DNF): 35 m. / 38 yards.
Static Apnea (STA): 150 seconds (2’30”)

To acquire SNSI Deep Freediver Instructor certification, an SNSI Advanced Freediver Instructor must participate in a course with an SNSI Freediving Trainer .

In order to access this course, the Instructor is required to issue 18 Freediving certifications (of which at least 6 SNSI Advanced Freedivers) and to achieve the objectives, both of bounded and open water, of the Master Freediver course.

As you already know, your qualification at the end of this crossover will depend on the level you already own , if you have certified 18 students (of which at least 6 equivalent to the SNSI Advanced Freediver level) you will be certified Deep Freediver Instructor.
