The SNSI Advanced Freediver course aims to complete the student’s theoretical knowledge , increase his autonomy and experience in the water.

Remember that pool goals are prerequisites for access to open water.

As you may have noticed, unlike the Freediver course, one of the goals of confined water is the dynamic apnea without fins. This new discipline is taught starting from this course, but only in confined waters. In open water no exercises are performed without fins.

The objectives of the course are:
Descent in constant weight (CWT): 20 m. / 66 ft.
Dynamic Apnea with fins (DYN): 50 m./ 165 ft.
Dynamic Apnea without tools (DNF): 25 m. / 80ft.
Static Apnea (STA): 120 seconds (2′)

To acquire SNSI Advanced Freediver Instructor certification, an SNSI Freediver Instructor must participate in a course with an SNSI Freediving Trainer .

In order to access this course, the Instructor is required to issue 6 Freediver certifications and to achieve the objectives, for confined and open water, of the Deep Freediver course.

As you already know, your qualification at the end of this crossover will depend on the level you already own, if you have certified 6 Freediver you can be certified Advanced Freediver Instructor.
