Using the Group Reports<\/b><\/h1>\n

Fig. 1 below shows how the Course and Quiz reports are accessible via the Reports menu when Leaders are logged in.<\/p>\n

The Group Course Report<\/h1>\n

To view the Group Course Report, click on Course under the Reports menu.On the report page, select the group and then the course you would like to report on. In Fig. 2 below, you can see the Scuba Instructor SwitchUp Group<\/strong><\/span> has been selected and the Scuba Instructor SwitchUp-ENG<\/span><\/strong> course within that group has been selected for the report. Each report will return the identity of your enrolled users, their % complete, the date of completion and the date of enrollment.<\/p>\n

The Group Quiz Report<\/h1>\n

To view the Group Quiz Report, click on Quiz under the Reports menu. Select the desired group, course and quiz from the dropdowns. A table displaying all users\u2019 results for that quiz will be displayed.\u00a0
In Fig. 3 you can see the list of the users that took the exam and a detailed report for each attempt.<\/p>\n

Clicking the icon in the detailed report column will open a more detailed view, per user, for each question in the quiz, including their answers (seeFig. 4).<\/p>\n

The individual report is accessible by clicking \u201cIn Progress\u201d on any user withprogress on the main Group Management page:<\/p>\n
